Extruded aluminum threshold fills the gap between the floor and bottom of the door. The elevated ridge acts as a strike for vertical rod exit devices. Tough neoprene rubber seal reduces transmission of sounds, drafts, smoke and temperature leaks while giving you a smooth transition between different types of flooring. Bulb material has high durability. Its added finger flap acts as a backup seal against misaligned or warped doors. ADA compliant for wheelchair accessibility and Fire Rated (UL listed).
