Automatic door bottoms

Using an Automatic Door Bottom (ADB) is an easy and highly effective way to create a strong seal at the bottom of doors. These door bottoms have heavy-duty soundproofing and sealing properties that will adjust to your floor condition, making a tight seal against the saddle, even when unavoidable shifting and warping of the door occurs. They are made of rust-proof aluminum and long-lasting neoprene rubber, and automatically seal the area below your door when it closes.

One of the primary benefits of an Automatic Door Bottom is that the seal only drops into place when the door is in a closed position. This prevents the seal from pulling along the floor during the closing cycle, protecting the floor’s surface and preventing the seal from wearing out quickly.

The second advantage is the width and high quality of the seal. Embassy Automatic Door Bottoms use a tough neoprene rubber seal housed in an internal chamber until activated. When it comes to blocking unwanted sound, light, drafts, smoke, temperature leaks, fire, and bugs, Automatic Door Bottoms are far superior to a standard brush-based door sweep.

Soundproof recording studios, performance halls, offices, hotel rooms, boiler rooms, etc. Just close the door, and the solid neoprene seal automatically drops to the floor or saddle in a diagonal movement, creating a tight seal even when floors are not perfectly level.
